Welcome to Fort Myers Spa!
Please review the following policies before using our services:
- Cancellation/Rescheduling: Customers must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for cancellation or rescheduling.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are only permitted in cases of allergy to the product. Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.
- Late Arrival: Late arrival for a treatment will result in a shortened treatment time. The treatment will conclude at the initially scheduled time.
- Support Animals: Customers with a support animal may enter the spa, but a valid certificate must be presented.
- Children Welcome: While we recommend a calm and solitary experience, we understand that sometimes it's not possible to get a babysitter. Kids are welcome, but please consider the nature of the spa experience.
- Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations. We do not offer refunds on services rendered or products purchased.
